Cancellation made 7 or more days prior the session will be credited towards a future equivalent session if applicable (medical\/family emergency etc). When you are enrolled in a 4 week block, or other ongoing session, depending on circumstances you may be able to be accommodated in a catch up session if there is one planned in the calendar, otherwise the portion allocated to that session will be forfeited.
