Shipping policy
At Hey Sweet Art we have made it a priority to offer the best shipping that we possibly can for our customers. We usually receive order payments into our bank account within 24 to 48 hours and request that you allow such time for us to process your order before queuing it up for courier collection. You will be notified throughout the order process.
Orders containing services such as workshops or digital items that do not require shipping should receive their purchases imminently and not be charged shipping. Physical products are despatched within 2-3 days of order placement unless indicated in the product listing.
Our Courier service provider is Courier Guy/PUDO and you will be notified once your order has dispatched with the relevant tracking information via email that will allow you to monitor your parcel's progress directly with the courier service provider.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- R130 flat rate, to your door anywhere in South Africa
- Shipping quote will be in effect for larger paintings that require additional packaging and will be invoiced separately upon receipt of order.
- Collection is possible from Hey Sweet Art studio address in Rondebosch, Cape Town. By appointment only.
